He has a wealth of experience in Banking & Finance; having spent over 27 years in various credit and management roles with several Bank’s including one of the big 4 Bank’s.
Sam launched South West Lending Solutions in 2015 after seeing a big gap in what he could offer his clients working for a traditional lender. The business revolved around providing his clients with a wholistic range of products and services under one portal. South West Lending Solutions were finalists in the Liverpool Local Business Awards in 2017 and 2018.
Sam is able to assist his clients with residential and commercial finance, SMSF lending, Vehicle and equipment finance as well as risk insurance.

My long term relationship with Scott has seen us work through many difficult and varied financial challenges.

This strong and varied finance background continues to assist him to not only meet his client’s needs but exceed their expectations. Scott launched Healthy Lending in July 2004, prior to this Scott worked for two of Australia’s leading banks. This past experience has been instrumental in helping his clients continue to build their financial growth whether it be home owners, investors or small and medium businesses.
Scott specialises as a pharmacy finance broker. He has been working with many of his pharmacy clients for over 20 years. His passion for the pharmacy industry came from being one of Westpac’s pharmacy specialists. His last position over a seven year period, was of a Pharmacy Specialist Relationship Manager where he received management accolades for his continued achievements and pharmacy industry knowledge.
During 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017 Scott was invited to be a tutor on finance for 4th year pharmacy students at Sydney University. It was a great experience to be able to provide information and knowledge to these students.
Through his continued zeal for personal improvement and further knowledge, Scott has continued his own development through continued education and training.

Alan joined us in February 1999 after a 10 year career with AGC & some years prior with the Commonwealth Bank.
He is responsible for the day to day running of the office and the efficient processing of credit applications.
Alan’s expertise lies in not only understanding the client’s business and getting the best priced, best deal for them but also understanding the lender’s criteria. He also has an excellent understanding on the GST implications of financing.
Alan has also attained 3 years qualifications in accounting and has a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).

Anita began working with us in February 2011. Prior to this she worked in a finance brokerage for 11 years in a similar role.
Anita is our receptionist and also processes the finance transactions from approval to settlement. Her efficiency and knowledge enables us to complete in-house documentation for 8 major lenders.
